    I blew it. I missed an email (apparently many) informing me that my WP account was about to auto renew BUT that my CC on file had expired.

    Because of this, my site went away… all of the content, product listings…. all the work and time was gone.

    I reached out to support, got a link to pay for my subscription and then they walked me through the JETPACK backup. A few minutes later, everything was fixed.

    If you have not installed JETPACK- do it. A life saver.
