Saved me some hassle on 5.2

Somehow I ended up with a non-showing, unconfirmed user from bypassing the email sending. across 3 sites, the user did not show. Installed this plugin and bingo. Released the verification. Appeared user was deleted somehow – but username still reserved – so now I could reregister and continue.

Not sure if I just hit a bug, or a user deleted it, but either way this saved me a ton of work and fixed the issue in minutes. Good work 🙂
