 * i am using twitter tool in combination with social, both from crowdfavorite. 
   now my question: is there any possibility to save a new post created by a twitter
   feed as draft?
 * i dont want to publicize all tweets, thatswhy i want to save them as draft and
   post them later.

 * Yep, write a little code to use the filters (standard WordPress API) to change
   the post status of the created post.
