# save settings doesn't work

 * I tested the plugin in a local deployment and everything works fine.
    When installed
   into the online version the save settings does not save and it continues to load.

 * Hi,
    This might be a js issue. try disabling other plugins to be sure if that’s
   the case. Also could you please check is there is any console browser error?

 * I updated the plugin, but the issue is still the same.
    I have not error in the
   console browser.

 * In that case, probably you server is blocking the post request and you may see
   notice like this: ( [https://www.evernote.com/l/AV2m3jX7-gNDE6kfzl816vGTYy7X53heBAMB/image.png](https://www.evernote.com/l/AV2m3jX7-gNDE6kfzl816vGTYy7X53heBAMB/image.png))
   in your [firebug](https://getfirebug.com/) console, in such case, you need to
   contact with your hosting support. They will adjust it for you.

 * I’ve the same issue. No error in console, all others plugin disabled but the 
   issue is still the same. My hosting allow all others post requests. Can you help
   me, please? Thanks.
