    I edit a custom html field in my form and then the edits are not persisted.
    Refreshing the page shows that all changes are gone.
    The form itself is working properly.
    However I cannot update the text as the information is lost between page reloads.

    @kulov,

    Could you please tell me what version of Form Maker do you use on your website? Maybe it’s a version issue.

    It is Version 2.7.37.

    @kulov,

    Your version is very old and it might have compatibility with latest version of WordPress. Please update it to avoid issues. Thank you.

    Hi,

    I have updated all plugins. There is no newer version notification for any plugin including Form Maker.
    I have version 2.7.37. Your website says the latest version is 1.9.11.
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/form-maker/changelog/

    How is it that my version is very old?
    How can I update it to newer one?

    Thank you!

    Pity that the auto update does not work.
    I had to manually deactivate, delete, and add the lastest version of the plugin.
    Auto update should be there instead.

    @kulov,

    We are working on auto-update system, soon it will be available. Could you please tell me if the issue has been resolved after the update? Thanks.

    Hello,
    I have the same problem.
    – WordPress Version 4.6.1.
    – Form Maker version 1.9.12
    Have you found a solution?
    Thanks.

    @binfor,

    The issue with the first user was the version. Which seems to be not the case for you. Most likely you have Javascript error, please press F12 on the back end page where you face the issue and send the error message in red.

    Hello,
    Showing errors are these:

    NetworkError: A network error occurred.

    TypeError: document.getElementById(…) is null
    document.getElementById(num+’_1_label_sectionform_id_temp’).style.display=”none”
    http://XXXX/wp-content/plugins/form-maker/js/formmaker_div_free.js?ver=1.9.12 (línea 2658, col 4)

    Thanks.
