Here is a bit of history. In the beginning we only had Country saved, then later due to some customer requests we included City and Postcode so it would be easier to understand if the user comes from a specific region or not.
Could you please explain why would you need and how would you be using full address of customers to send abandoned cart reminder emails?

Thank you for your reply. Since we do calls to save abandoned cart so in this case we again have to ask customer for their address.
What I want is to remove that steps and handle everything on our own. I would really appreciate if you can help with it.

Thank you for explaining the reasoning.
I will go ahead and add this to our feature wish-list. However collecting full customer home address is not really necessary for the purposes of using CartBounty at the moment therefore it is a bit too much personal data that would have to be collected and that would go against principles of GDPR.

I would definitely love to see this feature as I really like this plugin and will add it right away on my website once we have this feature.

Thanks @piestore, I guess we could try to create a custom action or filter that you could add to your functions.php file in order to display full address in the location column in case user has provided it.

I’m afraid some advanced features will remain in the Premium version. As this is not really a base feature that majority of users require at the moment it will remain only in the Pro version.
