 * Hi, I’m trying your plugin ([http://try.eventsmanagerpro.com/eggeno](http://try.eventsmanagerpro.com/eggeno))
   and I’m having trouble visualizing the data into dashboard, of those who book
   an event.
 * Only the name and email are displayed
 * I’m attaching a screenshot so you can better understand:

 * Can you help me?
    Thanks in advance

 * When a user registers for an event must enter address, city, zip code.
    [screenshot](http://try.eventsmanagerpro.com/eggeno/files/2013/07/screenshot2.jpg)
   However, these data are not saved. In fact, in the Dashboard at the Address,
   City, etc. .. it says n/a: [screenshot](http://try.eventsmanagerpro.com/eggeno/files/2013/07/screenshot.jpg)
 * Maybe I forgot to set something in the settings?

   suggestion? Thanks in advance

 * Hi Marcus,
    since I want to buy your plugin, I would like to know a few things:
 * – The information of the users who register are saved into database and are visible
   from the backend? I ask this because I’m trying the plugin (try.eventsmanagerpro.
   com/eggeno/) but no information is saved in the backend apart from the username
   and email address. And I rather wish that all the form data that I create are
   saved, visible and exportable.
 * – I would like to create for my site two groups of users (home users and agencies).
   These groups can access the same events, but in the process of purchasing, the
   registration forms must be different. Then, the system should recognize if it
   is home users or agencies. It’s possible accomplish this with Event Manager maybe
   along with some other plugin?
 * I await for your response
    Thanks in advance, Eggeno

 * 1. yes, this is working properly and that [@marcus](https://wordpress.org/support/users/marcus/)
   is currently working on the trial site to determine what causes the issue.
 * 2. this isn’t possible out of the box at the moment But might be using custom
   hooks/filters

 * Hi Eggeno,
 * eek, I think the 7 day trial period deleted your site (i was about to extend
   it a few more days). we were in the middle of polishing off some big improvements
   in a dev version of EM, hence this delay. could you register again?
 * i just updated the trial site to the latest Pro version, maybe that fixes it,
   if not please bump me and I’ll make sure you have an extended trial time so we
   can debug this.

 * I think this is fixed now, but as your screenshots are deleted I can’t be sure.
