Save Changes Button Disappear

    I installed WordPress Password Expiry Plugin. Now when I choose options other than “User can reset password using ‘Reset’ link” in “Select option to reset password” section, the Save Changes Button disappears and I’m unable to save changes. I want my users to call me and ask for password so I may demand manual payments for the re-subscription.
    Kindly Help
