Save button not working if just changing Table Name

    Hello,
    I’m encountering an issue with the plugin (last version with latest 5.4 WordPress).
    If I edit a table and I just change the table name, the “save” button doesn’t light up and it remains disable.
    To be able to save I need to change some table elements, then finally the button lights up and I can save.
