Hi @bulgeo,
Greetings from WebToffee Support!
We apologize for the inconvenience experienced. However, we would like to inform you that we were unable to replicate the same issue on our end with the latest version 1.5.3, and the ‘Save Changes’ button was indeed working as expected for the ‘Custom related products’ working mode. In order to assist you in resolving the issue you have experienced, please provide us with the following information:
- A screen recording of the issue you are experiencing so that we can better understand the problem.
- Any changes that have occurred on your site after the plugin update to the latest version.
- WooCommerce System Status report. You can access this report in WooCommerce by navigating to WooCommerce -> Status -> Get system status report. This will provide details about your site environment and configurations.
Additionally, as a troubleshooting step:
- Deactivate every plugin except WooCommerce and Related Products for WooCommerce and check whether the ‘Save Changes’ button is working as expected.
- If the button is not working as expected even in this scenario, you may switch to any of the default WooCommerce themes like Storefront and verify whether the ‘Save Changes’ button is working.
- If the ‘Save Changes’ button works after deactivating every plugin except WooCommerce and Related Products for WooCommerce, it suggests a conflict with a third-party plugin. In this case, you can reactivate each plugin one by one to identify which one is causing the issue.
We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to resolving this issue for you.
Hello and thanks for the quick reply!
I did some tests with the installed plugins and found that the problem comes from the WP Optimize caching plugin. The problem was resolved after I disabled and deleted the caching plugin and then reinstalled it. There was probably a temporary conflict or temporary state caching that cleared up after reinstalling WP Optimize.
Thanks again for the great support and for your wonderful plugin and I advise every e-store owner working on the WooCommerce platform to install this very useful plugin.
Best thanks!
Ivailo
