Sassy + LiteSpeed = Sharer broken

    I recently migrated from Siteground to a new hosting (Serwer.io), which is running on LiteSpeed.
    The hosting guys took care of the migration, and set all options on the LiteSpeed plugin as it’s supposed to be, according to their servers.

    Today I realized that Sassy Social Share stopped working as expected, meaning that it’s partially working: the only sharers that works are WhatsApp and Email.

    I’ve added the line described here https://wordpress.org/support/topic/share-links-stopped-working/#post-12061259 to the JS Excludes in LiteSpeed Cache plugin and also switched JS Defer off, but the problem still persist.

    If I enable the debug mode (all LiteSpeed settings off) all sharer start working again, so it’s definitely a minification issue or something like that.

    The page linked is just an example, all of my blog posts have the same issue.

    Is there any other setting I need to look into?

    Hi Marco,

    Try disabling the Include Javascript in the website footer option in the “Miscellaneous” section at plugin options page.

    Thanks for your fast response!

    Been looking for that section the whole afternoon, as I saw you were suggesting it to the user on the above topic (if I recall well).

    But it looks like LiteSpeed plugin (https://it.wordpress.org/plugins/litespeed-cache/) doesn’t have that page… I can’t even find anything about the footer loading in their documentation (https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/)

    I meant you need to try disabling the Include Javascript in the website footer option in the “Miscellaneous” section at the options page of Sassy Social Share plugin.

    Alright,
    Sorry for my misundestanding.

    Anyway I tried this way but it’s still broken. Still only WhatsApp and eMail sharers works… 🙁
