Hello,

I’m on sandbox mode and when I’m trying to checkout via Paypal I get the following message:

“Sorry we cannot connect to PayPal. Please try again in a few minutes.”

Is this due to the sandbox function or is there another problem that I should look at?

This is a Braintree account PayPal configuration issue (thrown by Braintree payment processor). Please address this issue to Braintree support team, they would help you fix it within your Braintree account.
