I can’t get the plugin to show images from the Instagram account.

I went through the steps in the Instagram API and that all went well, but Instagram says it’s putting all new clients into Sandbox mode from November 17th, 2015 onward. Each app that hasn’t gone through the approval process will be put into Sandbox mode.

The account I’m using says it’s not a sandbox user for any client, but that’s an Instagram issue and not the plugin (and might be the cause as to why images aren’t pulling into the plugin).

Instagram also says it won’t be accepting new review submissions until December 3rd, so I can’t try and get the app to go live until after then to try and get around the no sandbox user issue.

I’m posting this in case anyone has advice, work arounds, and for general knowledge for anyone also running into these issues.

Also, this plugin could sorely use some tech documentation.

Same issue. No images are loading. Purchased the premium plugin and it still does not work at all.

This is the error code on the moderation panel:
Notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$data in …/plugins/enjoy-instagram-premium/enjoyinstagram.php on line 1819

The issue is due to the updated Instagram Platform Policy and your account being in sandbox mode.

I was able to get the plugin to work using an already authorized Instagram app, instead of the one I was developing in sandbox mode. Hope this helps!

We published this afternoon a new version of Enjoy Instagram.

    Please, download 2.0 version

Remember to disinstall the old version before install the new one.

Hi guys, how did you manage to get your plugin approved? Did you do the screencast they recommend?

Looking forward to your reply, thanks.

If you’re using this Enjoy Instagram plugin, the author was able to get the newest version of their plugin approved. It’s a lot more user friendly now in adding accounts – so you don’t need to go through Instagram, as a user you just approve access by the plugin.

Login to their site with the credentials you used to buy the plugin and download the new version.

Hi mediabeta.. we have the version 4.1 premium of your plugin, but it’s displaying the same error message. You recommended to download the version 2.0, but my version is 4.1. Can you help us, please?
    Thanks!

    Hi,

From the 1st of June you need to install the latest version of our plugin and then, necessarily, you’ll have to disconnect and then reconnect your Instagram account in order to keep your Enjoy Plugin Instagram functioning.

Remember to disinstall the old version before install the new one.
