    Check out the Github for backend screenshots. The front end is completely dependent on your theme.

    OK I take it back.. There are a couple of screen shots there at

    for those like me that didn’t find it..

    Would be really nice to see what ANY final page would look like.

    So far all contact forms I have found have fields one after the other down the page..
    I am looking for one where I can lay fields across the page etc

    Thanks for pointing out where I can see at lest some image samples
