    kindly note I need to ask if I put 30SAR for 10 cities, can I apply
   100SAR for any other city that comes on checkout? I mean bulk same rate for all
   other cities than the one I did predefine with your plugin here? is this doable
   or not? Thank you!

 * TEAM, I need your help. why no one is helping or supporting us here? i enabled

   and i want to add just one city: “OTHERS” and put the rate that i want. it’s

   but i cannot see the “other” city, i want to add it to drop down and if selected
   the rate should change, can someone please guide or help me in this? Thank you!
