same page/post slugs for different langs?

hi, is it possible to have same page/post slugs ?

e.g. /home for the all the languages and differ based on the current language?

I am noticing that the slug changes and wp adds a number -2, -3 etc.

also why does the menu need to have the /home when it’s set as a frontpage? WP by default doesn’t show the page slug when a page is added to the menu. so it’s /

that way I can have /en and /bg with or without a trailing slash
