I have two menus on my page, one at the bottom and one top.
Thing is, the top menu translation differ from the bottom ditto.

The “Kontakt” (Swedish trans) link at the bottom rightly translates to “Contact”
but the top menu translates to “Plug” (which also is a “kontakt” but that
has to do with electricity, not “get in touch”…)

  • Well. That’s the point with machine translation (MT). It will help a visitor to understand roughly what a page is about, but there will be some weird stuff here and there. The alternative would be to use a completely different solution for multilingual content, based on manual translation, or at least manually checked translations.

    Hi,

Can you post your website address, so I can check it for you?

You may consider using our paid version where the translation quality is better and you have more control on the translations and can correct them: https://gtranslate.io/#pricing

    Thanks! 🙂

The bottom menu is fine. It’s the top menu with “Plug” that need fixing.

    Hi,

You do not have much options to fix the incorrect translations with the free version. For that you will need our paid version. I’m sure with the paid option the translation will be fixed without any input from your side, since the quality is much better.

You can check it here: https://gtranslate.io/#pricing

    Thanks! 🙂
