same ip 2 times in list

    hi,
    in the Who Hit The Page Hit Counter, i have 2 times the same IP,
    in views details, location is always unknown i have to use the web for each ip to know …

    there are several view details ip with exactly the same details and in fact the total number of the page clik, not their own click.
    Some have only 1 clik but i am quite sure it’s wrong.

    Hello, would you please provide a screenshot. For the countries, please make sure you imported geo location data by going to “Export / Import” then click on “Import Geo Location Data” and wait for the data to be imported, then finally click on “Update Previous Records” to apply the geo location data to IPs already recorded.

    Please note that the plugin uses a free lite geolocation database which does include all countries and IP ranges, so some IP addresses will not be linked to any country and thus will appear as Ubknown.

    You say there is an IP that appears two times, would you record your screen while viewing the IPs and share the recording with me so I can look into the problem.

    Also give me the wordpress and plugin version you are using so I can test
