    Hi,

    I’ve checked the Sent folder of my email address and I noticed the same emails (e.g. account notification) are being sent out to users 4 times. It’s getting spammy.

    Any ideas?

    I’ve got the exact same issue. This has become more prevalent over the last few months.

    Hi @bradleyaroflo, @anneyu,

    When you get a chance, could you please let me know the plugin sending the account notification? Are you having the same issue with the test email from WP Mail SMTP > Email Test?

    Hi @sanzeeb3,

    I’m using Notification plugin. Although what’s odd is, some of the notification emails do not get resent more than once, while others do.

    Is this something under the WP Mail SMTP plugin or theirs?

    Thanks for the details. It sounds like the duplicate emails are sent from the respective plugins you’re using and are routed through WP Mail SMTP. Try installing email logging plugins and find the details about the duplicate emails.
