Switch to [CR Cron](https://help.cusrev.com/support/solutions/articles/43000540989) 2. Login to the [cusrev dashboard](https://www.cusrev.com/login.html) 3. On the cusrev dashboard go to Reminders > Settings > Stop review reminders after: One review per product and customer * `One review per product and customer - the plugin will not send any new review reminders for a product after a customer wrote at least one review for that product. If the same customer buys some other product, then review reminders will be sent.` * After that, you can manage the review reminder on the cusrev dashboard. Our system will help you to check if a customer wrote at least one review for a product and prevent sending review reminders. * The free version only helps you to send the reminders manually and send one reminder per order.
