Same Case: Purchased pro: no download, no login, no communication

    I bought the Email Users Pro and paid via Paypal. After that came a fake confirmation email without download link. I also can’t log into the developer page for a download. I have been trying to reach the developer for 4 days without success. Does the contact form work? There is no success message. I would like to get on with my work.
    Therefore here: the developer should please contact me at bkretschmann@web.de.

    Hi Bernd,
    You should have received the confirmation email with the correct download link on 16/05/2022 at 22:23 CET. Please check your spam folder.
    I will resend the emai, just in case.

    I have received the email dated 05/16/2022. The problem is that neither the download link nor the login data work!
    Something went wrong here from the beginning.

    we have the problem too. the password for the download account was the same string as the licence key. maybe an error in the form notification parameters ? so we can’t log in (renewing the password is not allowed) and we can’t download the plugin, and have still no response from the developer.

    I have the same problem, I bought the Email Users Pro today and paid via Paypal and I got an email but no license key, plugin or download link…. Nothing in spam folder.
