  • Is there any update to this plugin that fixes the need for visitors to have to enter their billing and shipping information twice? The only way I can keep this latest version of WPEC working is to deselect the “Same as Billing” box. This creates a big hassle for my visitor and surely increases cart abandonment.

  • There is probably something incorrect in your configuration, the shipping same as billing does work in the current release.

    Not sure where the issue lies, but you might want to start by confirming that the default checkout items are setup properly and haven’t been altered or corrupted. Seems to happen sometimes when upgrading from older versions of the plugin.

    Might also want to compare the default checkout page theme file to the checkout page theme file in your configuration and see where the differences are, it could also be part of the problem.
