Small Business theme

Hi,
I wonder if anyone could suggest a good flexible WP theme for my small business.

The business is a concierge service and we supply several domestic services and also plan to have an online shop for selected gifts.

I have had a good look around the internet and there seem to be so any out there but some must be better than others in terms of userbility.

Any suggestions woudl be very welcome.
