It seems like most of our taxes are calculating correctly, but we just ran across an order that only charged 10.65 on a 560.84 order the zip and city is Danville, CA 94526 any insight into why this one city or zip would calculate incorrectly. I’m also concerned about the other tax rates, I hope they are correct.

    Hi @dcoder50,

10.65 is surely not right for a 560.84 order in Danville. A quick check with the service that we use (https://www.taxjar.com/sales-tax-calculator/) indicates that the tax should be 8.25% and my tests in a local confirm it.

Could you please open your checkout page with similar products and try to enter the given address to see what would be displayed?

We installed a woocommerce update and now the rate is showing correct for those items and address.
