Sales Not Available Currently in free version

    Using version 6.1.5, I have one show which is active, with one performance that is active (perfState in table is empty. I tried setting this to ‘active’ but it made not difference) and no sales. paypal details are all in. It was working for the first show. I then renamed that show and created a new performance, inserting
    [sshow-boxoffice] into the page.

    All I get is “Sales Not Available Currently” where the checkout should be. I’ve looked through the documentation and forums but can’t find a reference to this. A quick look at the code did not help me work out what this might mean.

    Any hints what I might need to change?

    Have you added ticket Prices for your new performance?

    Thanks. I found that the ticket prices were connected to the previous performance, though I couldn’t tell that from the interface. Now the cart is displaying.
