[Resolved] Sales log order status not updating
I tested our store in live mode with a real credit card. Transaction went through to Authorize.net The order status in the sales log says “order received”. When I try to change it to “accepted payment” the wheel just spins. I thought maybe I needed to wait until the next day when they batch the transaction. The next day, the status on Authorize.net says “settled successfully” but in my sales log still says “order received”. Is this supposed to update automatically? Or should I be able to change it?
