From what you describe it could be that it has something to do with the browser cache so I’d suggest clearing the cache or using another browser or incognito/private mode and checking again.
If this doesn’t help it could be due to a conflict with WooCommerce and your theme or a plugin. Read more about plugin and theme conflicts in our Self-Service Guide.
Please let us know how that goes.
I have tried different browsers, still the same. Emptying cache, still the same. Deactivated all other plugins but WooCommerce, still the same. incognito browsing, still the same.
We are running the latest version of WP and all plugins are up du date.
I also have removed all the sales prices and dates but now all the products are showing 20% off regular price. The sales price and tag is gone and there is no line thru previous price and the the new price. But still showing wrong prices, when I log in the price is correct and it shows correct in the browser, but when I log out we are back to 20% off. Just confusing to me and I really don’t know where to start fixing this.

Thanks for sharing your system status.
If you haven’t already, I recommend changing the theme to Storefront along with disabling all plugins except WooCommerce.
Duplicate your site to a staging environment and perform tests without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/.

Thanks for your reply, I will do some more testing and let you know how it goes. I am considering just installing a backup from a week ago and see how that goes. This is really anoying.

I never figured out what went wrong here. I have asked install a backup from before the problems occured. Hope that works out. If anyone is experiencing this, I would really like to know if you where able to solve it.

I am sorry that you are still having this issue.
Sometimes, a conflict with your theme could affect the normal functioning of your site or other plugins.
I know you already tried disabling all plugins, but did you try deactivating them and changing your theme back to Storefront as well?
If not, we highly suggest you perform a full conflict test to discard any conflicts that might be occurring. To do this, please temporarily switch your theme back to Storefront, disable all plugins except WooCommerce and then check again if the issue persists. If that solves it, then re-enable all plugins one-by-one, until you find the one creating the conflict.
As recommended by @rainfallnixfig, if you cannot perform a conflict test on your live site, we recommend creating a staging site using the WP Staging plugin.

I downloaded the site locally and tested with Storefront. Still the same problem. I also deactivated all the plugins when storefront was the active theme. Still the same. And installing a backup from two weeks ago did not solve the problem either.

If yes, please check if the Default customer location is set to Shop location or Geolocate under WooCommerce > Settings > General.

Yes to both of your questions. The customer location was set to no location and when i changed it to Shop base address the prices are showing correctly. Thank you so much. I really was confused by this. Specially since the problem was not been there from the start. The site went live in middle of november and this pricing issue startet in the beginning of februar according to my client. That was when she was trying out having a few of her products on offer and everthing just went wrong. I really cant thank you enough.
