I used the professional version of LMS, and often failed to import when importing the test. I checked the CSV file by myself and there was no problem. There was no prompt after importing, and no content was imported successfully.Refresh and there is a small chance that the import will succeed.
There is also a limit on the size of uploaded files (PHP uploads are 50M, by looking at the JS file, file.size<60000).
