$safe_locales de_DE_formal

    The $safe_locales defined in plugin doesn’t contain ‘de_DE_formal’ and
    the plugin doesn’t fall back to ‘de_DE’.
    As no WordPress default i18n features are used,
    the [Language Fallback](https://de.wordpress.org/plugins/language-fallback/) doesn’t work either.

    The formal variants of these locales are often used in these countries,
    so it may be worth to add a fallback to non-formal for them.

    A filter for the button image src would be nice, too.
