    Sorry for the late response I hope you’re safe and doing well!

    The issue that you’re experiencing isn’t a bug actually, its the intended behavior. You have 2 forms with the same ID and duplicate inputs with the same ID’s. This isn’t something that you want to do because no 2 elements should have the same ID’s.

    You should go to the form that you’re using and duplicate it. Then you should replace the second form on the page with the new ID.

    If this is a theme you’re building custom you could do this implementation in template parts so you don’t need to add to each post individually.
