Safari Dev Tools Bug With WordPress

Hello, My question relates to a possible bug in Safari Dev/inspect tools when inspecting wordpresss sites. Specifically, in relation to responsive menus. First the WordPress sites being tested, work without issue across browsers and screen sizes. The sites been tested also work without issue in other, non Safari Dev/Inspect Tools.

So, Safari breaks WordPress responsive menus: both any jQuery hide/show .window resize and CSS media queries of display:block and display none.

Is this a general issue in Safari Dev Tools ? Anyone else experiencing this. PS, also got same issues testing popular wordPress themes and other live WordPress sites, both my own and of other developers.
