• They changed their license system and disabled all previous accounts. We Have a site that uses it once a year and the license expired. We went to renew or even purchase a new version but we are not allowed because their system has disabled all accounts for people who have been customers before. So if you were a customer and missed the renewal, you are not allowed to use the plugin anymore. Weird customer service for sure.

    That said – the plugin works well – it just sucks that they will not let previous customers purchase the pro version.
