  • I’m trying to upgrade s2Member Pro on a client site. I keep getting an error message when running the upgrade.

    “Upgrade failed. Invalid Username/Password (please try again).”

    I can login to s2Member.com and download the Pro version. My account info states: “UNLIMITED-SITE LICENSE (ALL PRODUCTS)”.

    What do I need to do to run the upgrade?

  • That’s really a question for Pro support at s2member.com/contact.

    In the meantime, you could run the upgrade via FTP.
