S2Member mass import not updating custom fields

    I need to update custom fields for a group of 200 users through s2member. I’ve exported them, updated their fields in the csv file and imported them back in. When I import the file, none of the updates are made. Any insights into why the re-import process isn’t making any changes to existing users?

    Does your CSV file have their user IDs in the first column?

    When you exported the CSV, did you use the format to re-import it?

    If you could post here an couple of example rows I could review/try it (editing personal info with fake one, of course). Thanks.
