    The word Awesome is an understatement.

    Obviously Jason knows his stuff but since he is also the lead developer at S2Member (Websharks) AND is doing support tickets says a lot about the level of quality these people put into their product.

    They do not outsource their support to some third World country so they can save a buck or two, they have the creators of the product doing the support. So that the product users get the absolute best answers to their questions.

    Two thumbs up – 5 stars out of 5 – A1.., I’m sorry, I ran out of adjectives of awesomeness.

    Thank you for not only answering my questions in a way that a non-techie could understand, but also for answering them within an hour or two of me asking.
