  • I use the LMS theme which supports s2. The problem I am having i what happenes after logging in.

    http://www.globallingos.com

If I do not have s2 activated then when I login to the site using the theme login it has a welcome message with your profile pic shown as well as a logout button. If I have s2 activated and login with userpro the message and profile pic box is not there and the only option that remains is an ugly looking logout button.

I need s2 in my site though I want the user to be given the welcome message and see their profile picture after logging in.

How can this be achieved? Is it s login issue or s2? I contact LMS forum and they have said “Have you tried contacting the S2 support team ? They might be able to advise how you can prevent S2 from overriding your login process ? “

I have also done the following.

“Go to admin section -> s2Member -> General Options -> Login/Registration Design -> set ‘Enable This Functionality?’ to ‘No (default, use WordPress defaults)’. Now s2Member won’t interfere with WordPress login method”

As has been mentioned it still inteferes with the look of the page after logging in.

Is there somewhere I can send some photos displaying the problem?

Any help is very kindy appreciated.

  • Hmm, that is a paid theme which is advertised by its devs as working with s2member, so the onus is really on them. There’s little anyone else can do because that would mean having to buy every theme out there.

In the hope that I might be a bit more helpful, could you first explain what you mean by “If I have s2 activated and login with userpro …”

    In particular, what is “userpro”?
