RWPE short-code problem with Visual Composer

    I have created a page using Visual Composer and added a text block into which I have placed the following RWPE short-code:

    [rpwe limit="5" thumb="true" thumb_height="100" thumb_width="100" length="80" readmore="true" readmore_text="Read More" post_type="post" excerpt="true" -styles_default="false" cssID="rpwe"]

    Every time I make a change to the page and update, I get a blank screen (white with nothing on it). I tried creating a new page and placed the same short-code on it, and the same thing happens. I finally tested deleting the text block with the short-code and updating the page, and that worked just fine.

    There seems to be a problem with entering short-code in a Visual Composer text block. Can someone suggest another method for adding short-code in Visual Composer?
