No, the plugin doesnot create any page, it only creates a custom field to store ids of the products.

Hi,
Just to be clear – my developers have confirmed that the plugin indeed does create these posts, and that they show in search.
We had to work on removing them from the search.

Yes you are correct , the custom field’s data (created by the plugin) does show up in search . I would take care of that in the next update
