@tschortsch You dont need to include any translations into plugin archive.
Since language pack is created ( see https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/wp-bootstrap-blocks/language-packs/ )
it will be automatically fetched and used by all plugin users who have russian language set in site settings or their user profile settings.
Especially because your plugin required WP > 4.6, you dont need to include anything. GlotPress langpacks always have the priority.
Ah wow really? Didn’t know that. Then I will do the same with the German translation as soon as I have it ready. Thanks for the hint!

Once submitted translations will be in waiting state, they need to be checked and approved by someone of the respective language team
