I’ll review the file, and include it in a future release. I’m trying to limit non-feature releases (people might get tired of updating my plugin every time they blog!) but I will put this in line to go out with the next release (as long as everything looks good!)
Just a heads up, in case I forgot to mention it: Russian is now included in the plugin by default!

I just updated my plugin, and now the tinyMCE text (that makes the popup on the visual editor) can be translated. I’m planning on releasing the updated version sometime this week, and wanted to reach out to translators to get updated translations as soon as possible.
The new .pot file is included in the development version. (downloads a zip)
