Russian Folders uploaded to my wp_content folder

Hi

I clean installed my self hosted WordPress site because I was hacked before and several Russian folders and files have been seen in my wp folders.

Now, after I remove everything and clean install my WP, it happens again. I am using iThemes Security and actually change my wp_content folder. So meaning I don’t have any wp content folder. When I check my wp folders yesterday, there’s that wp_content folder with russians files in it again. It doesn’t get to any other folder and my new wp content is clean but I am just curious why is this keep happening?

I also changed the wp_folder to _wp_folder just incase those russians are still accessing it.
