 * I am trying to export a blog from wordpress.com and import it into a wordpress
   installation on my own website.
 * Export appears to work correctly.
 * The installation of the WP Importer (v .2) appears to work correctly.
 * When I try to run the importer, I get a FastCGI Error.
 * FastCGI Error
    The FastCGI Handler was unable to process the request.
 * Error Details:
 *  * The FastCGI process exited unexpectedly
    * Error Number: -2147467259 (0x80004005).*
   Error Description: Unspecified error
 * HTTP Error 500 – Server Error.
    Internet Information Services (IIS)
