Running SmushIt doesnt Smush files

    I run SmushIt on 483 images that need it and nothing changes in the freeware. As I read it, SmushIt works for free on uploads and small batches of images in the media library. Is that correct? If so, it doesn’t show any changes in its file analysis after I run it. Any ideas?

    Yes, that is correct.

    Could you provide more information here? Do you mean that when you go to Smush page in wp-admin it does not show that any of your images were smushed and you need still bulk smush all of them?

    you are loading much bigger image than its container and then CSS sqizes it. You need to load images with smaller dimensions.
