Running Experiments don't seem to update

    Hello,

    I’m test driving your plugin to see if I’m going for a subscription plan.

    But at this point it looks like the Running Experiments (in my case heat maps) aren’t updated. The page views remain on zero (0). But Google Analytics show there are 2 active users on my page.

    When are the experiments updated? Is this realtime or are they updated periodically?

    Hi!

    Nelio A/B Testing updates its results periodically, not in real time. By default, it’s only a few times per day, but we update them more often if you’re actively looking at them.

    Don’t you see any data yet?

    Thanks for the response. Yup, I am able to see some activity on my pages. Thanks.

    If you buy this plugin are the results updated realtime or is this something that just updates periodically always?

    Results are always updated periodically, even though this periodicity depends on the package you’re subscribed to. But as I said before, our cloud knows when you ask for the results available (that is, when you access the results page), so it may trigger a new update right at that moment, offering results closer to real time.
