Hi,
It is easy to understand if there is a screen shot of when you registered.
You might be find by Media Library sort.
“Max Execution time” is the most of the provider is often set to 30sec. And, “Media from FTP” is, you can increase its value. Its initial value is 300sec.
Because 0sec is, I think that unusual. It will be running without time-out, but, because there is also a danger of falling into an infinite loop.

I show you the screenshot:
1. My ftp-folder structure.
2. After run “Media-From-Ftp” -> “Register”
3. And in the WordPress Media lib the new file is not visible.
4. My MediaFromFTP-Settings
Is something wrong?
Hi,
2 is a search screen. It is not the result screen.
You should see 1 of the file is displayed in the search screen.

Yes, I understand. But there are not 1 file! If I click on button “Suchen” the message on top of the screenshot is the result. (“Es gibt keine Dateien, die noch nicht in der Mediathek registriert sind!”)
Please make sure this screen shot what is different.
File seems to be might not be searched. Please try to – “Settings> Zichenkodierung des Servers” to “none”.
Or, please change to the file name to something simple.

Many thanks for your reply.
In my settings no differences to your screenshot, except the max execution time from php.ini !
I set “Zeichenkodierung des Servers” to “none”, and the file name is now “file1.mp4”. Same result …
Media fro FTP -> “Suchen & Registrieren”
“Alle Dateiend”, exist mp4?
If it does not exist, you must add the MIME type.

Yes, the mime-type mp4 exist in list “Alle Dateiend”.
“Media from FTP” is using glob function to search of files.
On some systems it may be this function does not work.
