# Run has finished

 * Hi,
 * it seems the plugin is somehow stuck. Every time I load the plugin page or try
   to run a backup it just shows green bar with a text “Run has finished” and the
   backup will not run.
 * I noticed there was some1 else who had the similar problem [https://wordpress.org/support/topic/run-message/](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/run-message/)
   and support person said they’d share the resolution there.
