  • For over a week now, Seriously Simple Podcasting’s stopped sending new episodes to services, and the RSS feeds have stopped working altogether.

    Across 2 support channels, I’ve been ignored on one, and deflected on another.

    If your show matters to you, I recommend looking elsewhere.

    Hi @blindmonkey I’m sorry to hear that our team’s response to your needs didn’t meet your expectations. We take customer support extremely seriously, and to know that we’ve fallen short in that department is not great news to hear. We have taken a close look at this internally and have identified several ways that we can improve here going forward.

    Specific to the issue you were experiencing we did release an updated version of the plugin today that ought to resolve the issue you saw. Can you confirm that is the case?

    Would you mind going to your feed details for the Series and checking the option for Source for publish date if it’s not already set? If you don’t see an option selected, select Published Date and then be sure to Save Settings.

    It looks like for the episodes other than the one displaying on Spotify right now, the <pubDate> value is empty, this is why they’re missing.

    Were you by chance displaying by recorded date or published date? Or possibly has this setting gone unset previously?
