Rules inserted successfully but WebP won't work

    Hi there!

    I’ve inserted all the rules using the plugin and manually check them using FTP and found everything is inserted correctly and so does the plugin page says so.
    I’ve also cleared all cache and used altogether a different browser in incognito to see if the image changes from red PNG to Green WebP but no luck.
    Also, the website doesn’t use any sort of CDN or Cloudflare.

    What could be the issue?

    jpegtran: Installed version: Independent JPEG Group’s JPEGTRAN, version 9b 17-Jan-2016
    optipng: Installed version: OptiPNG version 0.7.6
    pngout: Not installed, enable in Advanced Settings
    gifsicle: Installed version: LCDF Gifsicle 1.87
    webp: Installed version: 0.5.0
    safe mode: Off  exec(): Enabled 
     
    Graphics libraries – only need one, used for conversion, not optimization
    GD: Installed  
    Gmagick: Missing 
     Imagick: Installed  
    Imagemagick ‘convert’: Installed

    Only need one of these:
    finfo: Missing  
    getimagesize(): Installed  
    mime_content_type(): Missing
