 * As per WooCommerce, Hong Kong has several Territories:
 * Hong Kong Island
    Kowloon New Territories
 * On the rules, you can only select Hong Kong as the country and not regions. Can
   you select regions in your pro version?

 * Sorry to say but, our plugin is working same as default woocommerce selection
   of country and state.
 * So, can you please check in default woocommerce checkout that if they allow to
   select the region then, it will allow in our plugin.
