If both “Show on Page Load” and “Show on Exit” are checked, how does that work? Say it fires after 20 seconds after loading of the page. If the user closes it, would it then fire again upon exit? Or does one setting cancel out the other? Can it fire more than once in a single session?

Also, how does the plugin know user intent on a smartphone. Since there is no curser, would “Show on Exit” work for mobile? Is “Show on Page Load” the only reasonable setting on smartphones?

    Thank you

Show on Entry and show on Exit are display criteria working side by side. Whichever criteria is met first will cause the form to trigger. The form will trigger only once per session.

Show on exit criteria is not applicable for smartphones for the very reason you mentioned. If you have a form set with the setting you mentioned earlier it will trigger after 20 sec on smart phones. Workaround for this is to design a form specifically for phones with loading delay set to a lower value.
